Who is responsible
Event Fairy is operated by DM Labs (DM-Labs.io). Contact us about privacy at info@dm-labs.io.
Visit DM Labs for business information and contact options. Its website-design service terms cover DM Labs client projects. The DM Labs website privacy policy describes that separate website. This notice describes Event Fairy and its own data practices.
What Event Fairy does
Event Fairy is a party inspiration and planning website and installable web app. There are no customer accounts, checkout, newsletter signup or payment forms in this version. Retailer links currently contain no Event Fairy affiliate tracking.
Your plan stays on your device
Party names, dates, guest counts, budgets, notes, saved collections, owned-item marks, checklist progress and motion preferences are stored in your browser when you use those features. The application does not upload those plan values to an Event Fairy database. They are not included in the analytics events described below. Other people using the same browser may be able to see them. Please avoid entering sensitive information about yourself or guests, especially children.
Delivering and protecting the site
Vercel hosts Event Fairy and processes technical connection data needed to serve and protect it, which can include IP addresses, request details and security logs. Access to the protected preview may require a separate Vercel login. Vercel controls its own authentication service. Our hosting agreement, applicable lawful basis, log retention and international transfer arrangements must be recorded before launch.
Analytics are off
PostHog is disabled. Event Fairy does not send page views, shopping clicks, plan actions or session recordings to PostHog. No advertising pixels are installed. We will update this notice and request a new consent choice before activating optional analytics. A choice saved in the preview will not authorize future activation.
Your choices
There is no optional analytics consent request while tracking is disabled. You can continue browsing and planning, adjust local preferences, or clear your saved data using the control below. shows the current status.
Who receives information
The hosting provider receives connection data. PostHog receives no behavioral events from this version. Clicking Amazon or Etsy takes you to a separate business with its own privacy practices. Their pages are not embedded or tracked here. Analytics region, processors, subprocessors and any required transfer safeguards must be confirmed before activation.
Retention and deletion
Your local plan remains until you clear it or your browser removes it. Privacy choices expire after 180 days, or sooner when this notice’s consent version changes. This duration is our chosen review interval, not a statement that the law requires 180 days. No analytics identifier is created while analytics are off; any legacy tab identifier is cleared. Provider-side event and hosting-log retention are not yet approved; no retention period is claimed for them here.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Applicable US state rights may include opting out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising and appealing a decision. Identity verification may be needed for a request; we should not request more information than necessary. The contact channel and jurisdiction-specific response process must be finalized before launch.
You can export your personal plan from My party. Use the button below to remove Event Fairy’s saved data from this browser. This does not delete hosting logs or previously transmitted provider data, and does not affect other browsers or exported files.
Who Event Fairy is for
The service is intended for adult hosts, including adults planning children’s parties. We do not ask children to register or provide information. Any future child-directed features require a separate privacy assessment.
Changes
We will update this notice when data practices change and ask again before enabling new optional purposes. Updated: 4 November 2026.
